&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Untuk memacu kreatifitas karyawan PT.Komatsu Kogyo indonesia memberikan apresiasi untuk semua karyawan yang berhasil membuat Kaizen terbanyak dan berhasil Zero absen selama satu tahun.<\/div>\n<div>untuk kaizen sendiri dikumpulkan setiap bulan ke management dan langsung diapresiasi berupa uang cash setiap bulannya,adapun akumulasi selama satu tahun akan dimonitoring untuk mencari siapa yang sudah mengumpulkan paling banyak kaizennya akan mendapatkan kembali apresiasi dari management berupa Uang Cash,dan pastinya lebih banyak lho&#8230;&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;
